At Organics of Hunza, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that you receive the highest quality products. Due to the nature of our organic and perishable goods, we currently do not accept returns. However, we are committed to addressing any concerns you may have.


Damages and issues

If your order arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Kindly email us at info@organicsofhunza.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will assess the issue and, if valid, offer a replacement or store credit as appropriate.


Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

Refunds or exchanges may be granted in the following cases:

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • The product was expired upon arrival

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Opened or used products
